Monoblock structure comprising the following apparatus:

A. Pressing filter:

N° 1 Filter press with structure in arc welded steel Fe42, made up of two fixed heads, joined by bolted longerons, and a mobile head;

N° 1 Double acting oil hydraulic piston for the opening and closing of the filter pack .

N.1 Main oil hydraulic control unit, for the complete automation of the opening and closing filter pack cycle.

N. 1 Electric panel control unit for the complete automation using programmable PLC;

N° 4 Polypropylene plates (depending on the model), dimension 630X630mm, chamber thickness 25-45mm and plate thickness55mm, complete with sliding guide and filtered waste pipes with the possibility to visualize the filtered liquids;	N° 7 Polypropylene plates (depending on the model), dimension 630X630mm, chamber thickness 25-45mm and plate thickness55mm, complete with sliding guide and filtered waste pipes with the possibility to visualize the filtered liquids;	N° 11 Polypropylene plates (depending on the model), dimension 630X630mm, chamber thickness 25-45mm and plate thickness55mm, complete with sliding guide and filtered waste pipes with the possibility to visualize the filtered liquids;
N° 4 Polypropylene filtered cloth thermally stabilized and calendered, with centralized collar;	N° 7 Polypropylene filtered cloth thermally stabilized and calendered, with centralized collar;	N° 11 Polypropylene filtered cloth thermally stabilized and calendered, with centralized collar;
N° 4 Polypropylene backing cloth, thermally stabilized;	N° 7 Polypropylene backing cloth, thermally stabilized;	N° 11 Polypropylene backing cloth, thermally stabilized;

N. 1 Collecting conduit for filtered water, with level probe for controlling the pump feeding the filter ;

N.1 Shaking system for the filter plates using motor and chain link movements

N.1 Series of fairing, to shield from splashing, in stainless steel sheets, easily removable;

N.1 Feeding pump for the filter press, double membrane type, model DRV1,25 or equivalent, operating with compressed air;

N.1 Manual valve DN 50mm;

N.1 Series of accessories for assemblage;

B. - Accessories for the conditioning of the sludge for filtering.

N.1 Sludge transfer pump, specified for waste water from marble processing;

N.1 Metering pump PDS30, with regulated supply from 0 to 30 L/h;

N.1 Main control unit for the preparation of flocculating agent of 300 litres, made in polyethylene, in circular sections, complete with an electric mixer of adequate strength;

N.1 Tank for storage of the sludge, made with sheets of arc welded steel, with a capacity of approximately mc 1,00 (with 4 and 7 plates) or mc 1,5 (11 plates), complete with slow moving electric mixer;

N.1 Supporting structure for the filter press, made with arc welded steel, and painted with epoxy resin, in one unit, with tank for storage of the sludge.
