Monoblock  structure, comprising the following appa­ratus:

N. 1 Filter press with structure in steel  inox and arc welded steel  Fe42, made up of two fixed heads, joined by  longerons, and a mobile head;

N. 1 Double acting oil hydraulic piston for the opening and closing of the filter pack;

N.1  Main oil hydraulic control unit for the complete auto­mation of the opening and closing of the filter pack cycle;

N.1 Main electronic control panel for automation, programmable using PLC;

N.5 Polypropylene plates , dimension 400X400mm, chamber thickness 32mm and plate thickness55mm, com­plete with sliding guide and filtered waste pipes and the possibility to visual­ize filtered liquids ;

N.5 Polypropylene filtered cloth thermally stabilized and calendered, with central­ized collar;

N.5 Polypropylene backing cloth ther­mally stabilized;

N. 1 Collecting conduit  for filtered water, with level probe for controlling the pump feeding the filter ;

N.1 Series of fairing, to shield from splashing, in stainless steel sheets, eas­ily removable;

N.1 Feeding pump for the filter press, membrane type, operating with com­pressed air;

N.1 Shaking system for the filter plates using motor and chain link movements

N.1 Series of accessories for assemblage;

N.1 Supporting structure for the filter press, made with arc welded Inox steel , in one unit with tank, also in stainless steel, for storage of the sludge.
